WHAT: A community I personally manage (along with a couple of trusted moderators) which focuses on word counts, productivity, and craft.
WHY: Well, you could watch the video below, but in a nutshell: the more you write, the better writer you will become! No, it’s not automatic, sadly. You still have to study your craft and purposefully focus on improving your skill set. But, you can’t do that unless you are actually writing!
WHO: As in, “who needs this?” Any writer who:
- Finds themselves spending a lot of time studying craft books and dreaming about writing, but isn’t actually writing.
- Keeps promising to “write more tomorrow!” but doesn’t.
- Plans to write [##] number of words a day but never sticks to it.
- Feels stymied and guilty because they aren’t writing.
- Longs for the accountability of Big Bang challenges, NaNoWriMo, or a trusted group of writing colleagues.

This community is open to ALL writers, professional and amateur! All genres, from romance to historical fiction to non-fiction and fanfiction! If you write and you want to write more, please join us!
